About two days ago a representative from Chandler MacLeod called me for a brief phone interview for the IRD job, and today I met face-to-face with her for an "informal" interview. Regardless of how informal she said it would be, I still prepared myself for it.
The interview was at 3pm but I came rather early. Before I met the interviewer, I was given an abstract reasoning test and a personality assessment. After a while, she came in to the room and luckily she's a very friendly person, so I felt relaxed and wasn't nervous at all. I think I did well in the interview, and she also told me that I'm definitely a strong applicant (but I don't think I'm strong enough until I get the job offer!)
Oh yeah, the interviewer also brought in the print-out version of the abstract reasoning and personality test, and oh boy am I glad to find out that I got great results on them both! All my answers were correct in the abstract reasoning test, and my personality test showed that my personal attitude and work behaviour are very suitable for the position that I'm applying for. I feel so relieved as I didn't lie in the personality test (I was going to fake my answers though).
A few hours after my interview, I went to KBRI for the "gladikotor". This year's definitely the worst in terms of preparing for the performances and all that. I don't even give a damn about the band anymore because of the time constraint. I just couldn't be bothered practicing for only one and a half weeks before the final event
