I just came across this site:
http://andpop.com/article.php?id=4377 and it says that according to Amazon.com, the 6th series of Harry Potter (Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which is due to be released on July 16, 11:01 AM in New Zealand) has reached 1 MILLION ORDERS!! Woohooooo!! And it's become the TOP SELLER once customers were told that they can pre-order it!!
It's amazing isn't it?? Harry Potter's such a huge phenomenon, and I totally hate it when people diss it without having read the books (yes, the books, not the movies, cos the HP movies aren't as brilliant as the books).
As for me, d'you think a devoted Harry Potter fan like me would want to miss a copy of its upcoming series? Of course I've pre-ordered myself the 6th Harry Potter book from
Whitcoulls!!

As soon as I realised that next Monday will be the beginning of a whole new semester at Victoria University, I went to the Student Records website to check my timetable, and here it is:
Monday:ACCY302 (2:40-3:30, RH1)
MOFI301 (3:40-4:30, RH2)
Tuesday:MOFI202 (11:30-12:20, RH1)
Wednesday:ACCY306 (8:30-10:20, RH2)
MOFI202 (11:30-12:20, RH1)
ACCY302 (2:40-3:30, RH1)
MOFI301 (3:40-4:30, RH2)
Thursday:ACCY302 (2:40-3:30, RH1)
MOFI301 (3:40-4:30, RH2)
Friday:ACCY306 (8:30-9:20, RH2)
MOFI202 (11:30-12:20, RH1)
I'd say it's a pretty messy schedule, especially on Wednesday when I'd be fully booked from 8.30 AM until 4.30 AM in the Rutherford House campus!! Oh, and for your information, this timetable does NOT include the tutorials!! Wheww!! I'm as good as dead!
Oh yeaaaahh.. sad news though, I'm still waitlisted for MOFI301. Hopefully they'll let me in once some people start to withdraw from the course.

Your Evanescence song is: MY IMMORTALMemories of a time with a lost person consumes you. You remember him so clearly and you are tired of being a victim to your thoughts. You are depressed because of all this, but you just can't seem to let it go. Apparently this person meant the world to you and made you very happy. You hope that one day he will return to you, and you will live happily ever after. But your mind tells you it's not going to happen. You need to let go in order to find peace.
>> Hmm.. I can't deny that the result of this quiz is UNDENIABLY CORRECT!!
These wounds won't seem to heal This pain is just too realWhat Evanescence song are you?

Because I'm utterly goddamn bored and cravin' for chocolates at the moment (gotta walk down to Woolworths for that, as I'm out of chocolate supply *sob*), I might as well write down the following nonsense..
A few weeks ago (I think it was when Vodafone first announced the free texting every weekend), I got a text from YC that tells me to describe her in ONE WORD only, and after that I oughtta forward the text to my other friends so they can reply me with one word that they think illustrates how I am. And here's the list of descriptions about me that I got from my friends:
Yessy: BEAUTIFUL inside-out
Ike: SWEET
Rohymas: TRUSTWORTHY
Koko: ITEM (translation: black *huuh sial!!*)
Ing-Ing: NARCIST
Kiki: CHEERFUL
etc. (I forgot who else replied my text)
Uuh gilaaa.. gua disuruh cuci piring ama nyokap, tapi dapurnya alamaaakk.. BAU JENGKOL!!! Asli, gak tahan banget neh.. mana kelaperan lagi, pengen ngambil makanan dari dapur aja gak jadi2, abis gak bisa nahan baunya.. *hoeexxx*

I finally got my final grades for this semester! Woohoo!!
SPAN111 (Spanish for beginners)
>>> A+ (just as I expected *wink wink*)
COML203 (Legal environment in business)
>>> B- (my worst grade so far, I would've become disappointed if I got a B- in my other subjects, but for this subject I'm quite relieved, cos I thought I was gonna fail this one.. and at least it's not a C or a C+)
ACCY317 (Accounting information systems)
>>> A- (whew! this is pretty good, cos the exam was somewhat hard u know..)
MOFI201 (Finance)
>>> A (THANK YOU GOD! I can't believe I got an A, considering that I failed the first mid-term test.. *whoops! secret revealed! hehe* .. But you know what, I could've got an A+ if I did the derivation question in the exam that was worth 10 marks)
Next semester's definitely gonna be the TOUGHEST! I'm gonna do 4 papers (oh, and they're ALL HARD!!) : ACCY302 (management accounting), ACCY306 (financial statement analysis), MOFI202 (money and banking), and MOFI301 (corporate finance). When I told my friends that I'll be doing these papers, some of them went "OH MY GOD!! Are you SERIOUS??!!" and I was like "Yeah.. I'll just go with the flow.. and see what happens ^^ "
But unfortunately, I'm still waitlisted in MOFI301 (booohooo!!) Cos previously I enrolled for ACCY222 instead of that, and by the time I changed it, I was put in the waiting list already. Oh please, please, pleeezzee enrol me in MOFI301!! I need to do this paper so bad!! (So that I can complete my degree by February next year, considering that the rest of the papers will go "smoothly", if u know what I mean..)

Last Friday I finally saw Mr and Mrs Smith in Reading Cinemas. And yup, as I've always predicted, the movie was so damn cool!! I never really liked action films, but this one's definitely the only action film that I like!!
Then on Saturday night, I watched Star Wars III with my family. I didn't really get the storyline of Star Wars I & II, but I did understand how the story went in Star Wars III. And in fact, I think this one's the coolest compared to the previous sequels. ^o^
Hmm what else.. now that I have nothing to do in the holidays, I feel bored already! *sigh*
Ooh, I can't wait til July 16, cos that's the release date of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (the 6th Harry Potter series). Hopefully the book won't be any thicker than the 5th one, cos the 5th book was already as thick as the first three books combined! (Well, a bit of exaggeration here, but it's almost true.) But anyway, I'd still read it even though it's got like a million pages, cos Harry Potter's such a great book to read, thanks to the brilliant J.K. Rowling! Oh, in case you haven't read the books, I'm sure you'll LOVE them, regardless of your age (did you know that Freddie Prinze Jr. & Sarah Michelle Gellar luv to read Harry Potter in their spare times?) Oh, one more thing, the books are a zillion times better than the movies! The Harry Potter movies just happen to suck (in my opinion), cos the story's not as complete as the book version, and you can't "imagine" or "feel" the story when you watch the movie version!

Oh woowww!! Finally, no more exams! Kiss goodbye to SPAN111, COML203, ACCY317, and MOFI201 which I had this morning!! Phew..!! It's all over.. I can have a long beauty sleep tonight.. cos I've only slept for like 2 hours last night.
After the exam, I went to the City Library. First of all I only wanted to read some mags, but then I remembered that I haven't read Fearless (a fiction series by Francine Pascal) for such a long long time! Well, the problem is that I still have some debts owing to the Library for some overdue costs which occured months ago (or was it the end of last year??). And since then, I haven't been able to borrow anything from the library unless I pay the money =P Anyway, this afternoon I decided to read the 26th series of Fearless although I knew I wasn't gonna be able to borrow it or finish reading it. I decided to go home with my dad at 6pm, and by then I couldn't believe I actually finished reading the whole novel from the first page to the last!! (Cos when I borrow it, it usually takes me days to read it, but of course I wouldn't read it continuously for hours at home).
Gonna hang out with Inx tomorrow 'n watch Mr&Mrs.Smith .. dunno what time though, cos I couldn't open the stupid readingcinemas.co.nz website! And on Saturday, I might watch Star Wars III : Revenge of the Seth with my bro, cos we got this discount ticket from the cinema.
Aarrgghh what a pity, I can't play the guitar cos two of the strings broke. It was kinda freaky, I was studying in the middle of the night (well.. actually it was almost dawn at that time), and suddenly the guitar string snapped out of nowhere.. (whew.. so much for breaking the silence! it was like there's a ghost in my room that snapped it!)
Hmm.. might as well play the piano.. or the keyboard. Naah, I'll choose the piano, cos the keyboard's in my room 'n my room's goddamn cold.

Wish me luck you guys.. I'm freaked out now.. having 2 exams one day after the other, with only 2 more days left to study..

Uh huh!! This my shit! All the girls stomp ur feet like this! The above two lines are the opening of Gwen Stefani's "Hollaback Girl" single. I luv the song so much! It makes me wanna sing along to it while shakin ma' booties at the same time! Hahaha!
On the other hand, I can't believe Charlotte Church's new single "Crazy Chick" is of a totally different genre!! It's totally non-classical, but more of a pop song with a dancy feel. I felt weird listening to it at first, cos she sounds a lot like Lindsay Lohan in that song, but after a few playbacks I'm beginning to like it.
Anywaaayyy.. final exams comin' up.. *yawn*
Why in the world do I have 3 exams crammed together in less than a week? Geez, lucky there's no exam for Spanish!
See, my Commercial Law exam's gonna be on Saturday (4th of June), and a few days later on Wednesday (8th) I'll have my Finance exam, and the day after that (on the 9th) I'm gonna have my Accounting Infosystems exam. Afterwards I'm freeee!! While most of my friends have about two weeks of mid-year break, I'm gonna have a three-week holiday because my exams finish early.
What am I gonna do in the holidays? Hmmm.. well, one thing for sure, Inx & I are gonna go to the movies to see Mr. & Mrs. Smith!! Judging from the main actors as well as the trailer, I'm sure it's gonna be a cool movie!
Ooooh ooh.. this my shit! This my shit!Ooooh ooh.. this my shit! This my shit!
