Okay, okay, where should I begin? Hmmm.. actually, on Friday we had the practices 'n stuff. And for the 1st time in my whole life, he actually came to me 'n started talking to me!! (that time the others were waiting for Nara to finish writing the song lyrics, and I was sitting at the keyboard, playing some random piano chromatic scales, hehee). I was suprised, heheh, a bit heureuse aussi. He asked me what classical piano songs I can play 'n stuffs like that. Then he also played a classical piece by Chopin (I've never heard of the song, but it was nice 'n fast! And I was quite startled that he could actually play fast songs!!!). He said he usually played Etudes, but he never played Revolutionary Etude or Fantaisie Impromptu. And he hasn't played the piano for such a long long time.. how sad.. But I'm sure he still got the skills 'n techniques!! Especially I just know he's musically talented, and after all, he took piano lessons for 8 years!! Whoa!! I only took it for 4 years, and I'm already bored with it. (But thanx to my mom who forced me to do it till I really have the skills. Cuz, two years after I took piano lessons, I got totally bored 'n wanted to quit it! And I only reached Grade 2 that time. But I got to Grade 5 before I quitted the lesson for good -- I was 12 that time).
Oh yeah, yesterday (Saturday), we had the gladikotor 'n I guess it went pretty well. I don't really care about the Saman dance, but I DO care about the band. And luckily, I could reach the high notes when I sang Only When I Sleep in the gladikotor. I think we looked like we were stressed out 'n nervous when we were singing the songs, but that's cuz we didn't do some moves, heheh. We only stood still and not move an inch!! Hahahaaa, I know it must've looked stupide!! But after the gladikotor ended, Vivi, Aji 'n I went to a room to discuss what sorta moves we should do on stage (when I say "moves", it doesn't mean "dancing around"!!!!). And thanx to Yani, we got some ideas, 'n now I kinda know what to do on stage when I sing The Corrs' song. Yani told me to act like a diva in the part where I "scream" in the end (meaning: the loooooooong, high note near the end of the song. U know, like how divas normally do it, hehee :p ) But hey hey, I'm not a diva!! I practiced it in front of the mirror in my room when I got home, but I felt dumb doing it. I mean, I looked dumb trying to make the impression like "I'm the diva, I'm the star in that song". Gosh, I can't really do it naturally, unlike Yani who's really spontaneous and can act easily.
Anywaaaaayy.. today I finally got my boots!!! We got it from Farmers (in North City). When I saw the boots, I just knew I like it. And when I tried it on, it looked really nice on me (unlike the other few boots that I tried, which were the same size but kinda big near my ankles). Actually, I liked this one and another one which also suits me. But the other one's more casual, less feminine (urgh, I hate the word feminine!!), less stylish, 'n wouldn't really suit me if I wear long skirts (it would suit short skirts though). So I decided on the former, and I just luv it not because it's more.. umm.. feminine!! (uuurrrgghh I hate that word!!!!!!) But only because it's edgier 'n more stylish, 'n it'll look really nice if I wear long skirts or the mini cargo skirt. And yeah, my parents said it was nice too, so my dad bought it for me!! Oh yeah, the original price was $60.. or $50. But the price label sez it's reduced to $35. But when I paid for it, the cashier lady said it's $20, which means that it got reduced even more!! Heheh, lucky 4 me for getting the boots, 'n lucky for my dad who can pay less for it to buy it pour moi.
